Description
The Housing Field Coordinator under the supervision of Deputy Director and Director of Asset & Property Management performs administrative support, compliance services and building violations for the Property Management maintenance department.

Responsibilities
1. Gather proposals for contracted work as indicated by Property Manager, super or annual inspection. Prepare scope of work for accuracy. 2. Prepare comparison quote, submit for approval 3. Perform inspection with super on units scheduled for annual or HQS inspection. 4. Collaborate with Property Manager and Superintendant on violation details, corrective action to advocate at court hearings/trials. 5. Monitor building violations on-line to assure removal upon satisfaction. The new eCertification program allows landlords to go to a webpage on the city Department of Housing Preservation and Development site and update any housing violations on their properties that have been corrected. 6. Communicate with Property Manager and Assistant Maintenance Coordinator on completion of court stipulation repairs, REAC, & HQS. 7. Walk all vacant ready units and provide maintenance support and inform Property Manager of any touch up needed for leasing. 8. Maintain close communication with development on status of contracted work, commencement, scope of work and communication with tenants (if necessary). 9. Work with Property Manager to project 3-5 year Capital improvement Budget. 10. Maintain and submit all annual permits & licenses (if applicable) for operating equipment and building system.

Qualifications
1. Min. BA/BS degree with two plus years of work experience in architecture, construction, finance and property management 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer expertise (Word, Excel, Timberline and One-Site). 3. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and independently. 4. Ability to transport within city limits. 5. Bi-lingual (Spanish a plus).
